“I was back on the court before anyone expected me.”

After I rolled my ankle (playing pickleball!) Rachel's physical and emotional support was so critical. Her quick response gave me a "leg up" (pun intended) in damage control. With continued treatment, guidance and oversight -- she was instrumental in my speedy recovery. I feel quite lucky!

Questions

FAQs about sports injury care

If you’re unsure whether we’re the right fit, these answers can help. You can always add questions in the booking form as well.

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

In most cases, no referral is required to schedule an evaluation with our athletic trainers. If we suspect a more serious injury that needs imaging or a physician’s care, we’ll help you coordinate that next step.

How quickly can I get in after an injury?

We reserve spots each week specifically for recent injuries and in-season athletes. Fill out the form and we’ll do our best to see you within 24–72 hours during the competitive season.

Is cup therapy right for my injury?

Cupping can help with muscle tightness, soreness, and recovery, but it’s not appropriate for every condition. During your evaluation, we’ll decide together whether cupping or other treatments are the best fit for your specific case.

Will you coordinate with my coach or medical team?

Yes—when you give us permission, we’re happy to communicate with coaches, physical therapists, or physicians so everyone stays on the same page about your status and return-to-play plan.

What should I bring to my first session?

Wear or bring athletic clothing that allows easy access to the injured area, your sports shoes, any braces or tape you’re currently using, and a list of medications or prior injuries if applicable.
